Not Just a Law Firm.
A Different Kind of Practice.
Lexaltico LLP was built on a single conviction: that the most important legal moments in a person's life deserve the most capable, most committed people in the room.
A Model Built Elsewhere
Brought Home to Canada
Across the world, the way legal services are delivered is being rebuilt. The UK opened its doors to multidisciplinary firms in 2007. Australia followed years before. Arizona scrapped the same restrictions in 2021. The Big Four operate integrated legal arms in dozens of countries. Yet in Canada, families and businesses are still expected to assemble their own team — a lawyer here, an accountant there, an immigration consultant elsewhere — and somehow coordinate it all themselves.
Lexaltico was built to be that single coordinated point. Multidisciplinary in-house where the rules allow. A vetted professional network where they don't. One firm. One file. One team that knows your full picture.
Inspired by the international shift toward integrated legal services. Operated entirely within the rules of the Law Society of Ontario.
Built From the
Inside Out
Lexaltico was founded by two people who understood from personal experience that access to great legal representation should not depend on your postcode, your surname, or how much money you had when the problem arrived.
Javairia (Jia) Junaid arrived in Canada and saw a legal system that worked brilliantly for people who already knew how to navigate it — and was almost impenetrable for those who didn't. Junaid Abbasi arrived as a student with nothing but ambition, built a business from zero, and understood intimately what it felt like to make high-stakes decisions without anyone in your corner.
Together they built Lexaltico to be that corner — for families, entrepreneurs, newcomers, and professionals who needed legal expertise that matched their actual lives.
The Lexaltico
Difference
Multidisciplinary by Design
Law. Business strategy. Immigration. Real estate. Employment. Under one roof, working as one team. Most firms silo their practice areas. We cross them deliberately, because your problem rarely fits in one box.
Genuinely Multicultural
11+ languages. 5 continents of lived experience. We don’t perform diversity. We are it. When you call Lexaltico there is almost certainly someone on the team who understands your background, your community, and your context.
Available When It Matters
Legal problems don’t respect office hours. We are available 24/7/365. A real person answers, not a machine, not a voicemail. Four offices across the GTA mean you’re never far from someone who can help.
Transparent About Cost
We believe you should know what things cost before you commit. First consultation is free for most matters. We explain fees upfront, clearly, in plain language, before any work begins.
Personal, Not Institutional
You speak to a lawyer, not a paralegal who escalates to a lawyer who bills for every email. At Lexaltico, the person you meet is the person who handles your file. That is not the norm. We made it our policy.
Results Without Ego
We are here to solve your problem, not to impress you with legal jargon or run your bill up with unnecessary procedures. Every recommendation we make is the one we would make for a member of our own family.
